Dr. Kelly Peaks was born and raised in Hales Corners, WI. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin (Go Badgers!) she joined the Army as a Quartermaster Officer and was stationed with the 101st Airborne Division in Fort Campbell, KY. She also served a tour in Iraq as a part of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
After completing a church medical mission trip to Haiti, she felt her calling as a dentist. Dr. Peaks earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!). She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the Sjogren’s Syndrome Foundation. She continually updates her clinical skills and knowledge with countless hours in continuing education and enjoys volunteering her services at the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic. Dr. Peaks passionately cares for her patients and strives to educate and help them achieve optimal oral health.
Dr. Peaks enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Matt Peaks and two children, Sophia and Jackson, two cats and two dogs.
